A Message From
Erica Adams:

Growing up in Sacramento, sports changed the trajectory of my life. As a die-hard Doug Christie fan, I learned he attended Pepperdine University in Malibu. Researching his college opened my eyes to opportunities beyond my hometown and introduced me to possibilities I hadn't previously considered. While I ultimately attended the University of Southern California, that experience taught me firsthand the power sports have to expand horizons, inspire ambition, and create lasting change.

Today, that belief fuels my work. I partner with athletes, foundations, brands, and nonprofit organizations to bring purpose-driven initiatives to life through community programs, philanthropic efforts, and impactful experiences. My goal is to help create meaningful opportunities that strengthen communities and inspire others—because I know how powerful a single athlete's influence can be.
